Certainly I would have no difficulty recommending Felix Reitano Real
Estate to anyone. The service provided to me in purchasing my
Taylors Beach property was excellent. You arranged inspection of
several properties very quickly and this made the process of
elimination very easy as I was able to look at these in the one trip
rather than having to make several. There was no pressure or hard
sales lines from you and I thank you for that. I had very limited
time as I was about to leave on a trip to America. In a very short
period of time, prior to my leaving, you were able to negotiate my
offer with the vendor, have a contract drawn up and forwarded to my
lawyers. The contract was precise and complete containing everything
required including the additional items we had agreed upon. Good
work I would say. The deposit was paid and when I returned all that
was left for me to do was pay the balance. It was overall a seamless
